BMS offers two debt collection solutions that differ in the specifications of the debt collection activities:
Debt collection system based on BPM
Debt collection system based on BPM is a solution for organisations in which individual debt collection cases are not a standard debt collection process and recovery operations do not have a mass character. Debt collection of the bank's corporate customer that is indebted in a number of financial products, where there are different forms of security and several guarantors of varying degrees of shared responsibility for the debt could be an example. Capone System is a solution dedicated to mass debt collection processes e.g. cases of debtors to telecom companies, utilities companies, insurance companies or retail banking customers.More information
