Debt collection system based on BPM

In the case where there is a need to reflect  in the IT system individual debt collection processes operating in a specific organization, we propose a solution based on IBM Business Process Manager. It works out superbly in situations where individual cases are not a standard debt collection process and recovery operations do not have a mass character. Debt collection of the bank's corporate customer that  is indebted in a number of financial products, where there are different forms of security and several guarantors of varying degrees of shared responsibility for the debt could be an example.

  •  Modern, efficient and reliable process engine that allows to operate processes directly in BPMN notation
  • Convenient intranet portal designed for end users containing e.g. customer base, open cases index or list of tasks to complete. Users with appropriate authorisation can view on the diagrams the progress in the implementation of any collection process
  • Analytical cockpit that is a part of the intranet portal and that provides users with indicators allowing to track work performance and progress in various aspects. Additionally, it is possible to generate ad-hoc reports based on any data of the recovery process and share these reports with other system users.
