Gryf 2.0 - bank accountability
The system supports regulatory
reporting and constitutes a universal platform that provides a financial
institution with automation of the processes pertaining to the obligatory
reports it must submit to National Bank of Poland, General Inspector of
Financial Information and other institutions requiring reporting according to
the law.
The system supports among
others the RBAN payment balance reporting for the National Bank of Poland, as well
as reporting of financial transactions according to the General Inspector’s of
Financial Information regulations.
The GRYF
subsystem supports bank statutory obligation to store in a dedicated system and
to report to GIIF transactions exceeding a given limit and transactions
identified as suspicious:
- Automatic transaction registration
- Manual transaction registration and correction
- Creating and managing rules for suspicious transactions detection
- Creating and managing the black list of customers not served
- Suspended transactions registration
- Preparing and sending to GIIF ordinance-compliant structure data
- Generating cross-check reports for the bank and other institutions
The RBAN
subsystem automates filling the RBAN report fields during the import of
transactions from core banking system, which reduces the report preparation time, supports archivisation of
reports already sent as well as the execution of correction reports, as
compliant with NBP requirements.
A universal system
platform allows integration with various transaction systems, data
transformation to regulatory required format, its storage, processing and
secure transfer to proper institutional recipients.
Open architecture and modern IT standards guarantee easy system
adjustment to any new requirements, integration with new data sources and
creating new types of messages and transactions.
