IT maintenance and support

Wide range of post-deployment, maintenance and support services offered by BMS is tailored to the individual needs of our customers. Since operation continuity of some of our systems is a key demand from our customers, we are prepared to provide services in non-standard time frames and adapt our procedures to the customers’ procedures.

BMS assists processes of Service Support and Service Delivery according to ITIL understanding (Information Technology Infrastructure Library is a set of concepts and techniques accepted and recognized worldwide and created and updated in the Office of Government Commerce).

Service support

Service support is a suite of a processes that focus on providing the system users with expected availability and performance of IT systems. The service support consists of the following processes:
  • service desk
  • incident management
  • problem management
  • configuration management
  • change management
  • release management

Service Delivery

According to ITIL, Service Delivery is the second group of the processes. They help to protect the services delivered directly to the system users. Service delivery consists of the following processes:
  • IT services continuity management
  • availability management
  • capacity management
  • services level management
  • financial management of IT services
