QuickFax - fax reports
QuickFax is a system designed to solve the problem of mass fax correspondence processing. From the corporate IT architecture point of view, QuickFax serves as a universal, intelligent fax gateway for all other systems in the organization.
System can take inputs from various sources. As necessary, it also processes source information in the following ways:

Process automation
The system automatically detects incoming data, imports it and sends out to customers via fax. It does not require administrator supervision, so it can send faxes outside of working hours.
Work monitoring
QuickFax supports administrators by generating rich event logs and by printing daily and monthly reports about tasks completed. It also provides mechanisms of controlling the running application. During the fax sending process, the system shows a window with basic job information and job progress. Quick Fax automatically generates file reports, which enables convenient monitoring of the faxing process. The reports can also be sent directly to the printer.
Fees and commissions
The system also calculates fees and commissions from sent faxes.
