Business Management Software Ltd. in Warsaw, ul. Gdanska 41, 01-633 Warsaw is inviting offers in response to an inquiry regarding the purchase of services:

Selection and choice of partners, who are distributors of the Company's products in the markets: Danish, Czech and Hungarian within the project "Implementation of the Export Development Plan."

The order comprises:

• Getting to know BMS products (Olimpia system and Avaro system)

• Preliminary analysis of target markets for companies operating in the banking sector

• Selection of companies in target countries in terms of criteria agreed with BMS

• Establishing relationships with selected IT companies, to familiarize them with the BMS offer

• Presentation to BMS a list of three potential partners for each of the target markets

• Selecting the best partner for each of the target markets

• Setting up meetings between BMS and the chosen partner for each market

• Conducting negotiations of the partnership agreement for each of the target markets

• Signing a partnership agreement with the selected partner (contract in English or local language)

The term of the contract: 15.11.2011-04.30.2012

Tenders should be submitted on the form attached to this RFQ, which includes price, expiration date and the date of tender of the contract.

Variant tenders are not allowed.

BMS will choose a partner based on its experience, provided that the tender does not exceed the budget. Prior to the service an agreement will be signed to perform the work.

Criteria for the selection of tenders:
